CHIPS GENERAL STORE uses WorldShopping, a proxy purchasing and international shipping service, to assist customers outside Japan.

- STEP 02 WorldShopping Cart Appears The WorldShopping banner and shopping cart will appear automatically.
- STEP 03 Add Items to Cart Click “Add to Cart” on the WorldShopping banner to begin your order.
Shipping availability
The WorldShopping Cart will only appear for products that can be purchased and shipped to your country or region.
Fees
WorldShopping charges a 10% service fee based on the total product price. The total product price includes the price of the products and any domestic shipping fees within Japan.
Total Product Price = Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in JapanAfter your items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse, WorldShopping will send you a second payment request. This payment may include international shipping, handling fees and other applicable charges.
Payment and Delivery
WorldShopping purchases the products from our store on your behalf and ships them to your address outside Japan.
Payment processing, international delivery and related support are handled by WorldShopping.
Cancellations, Changes and Returns
WorldShopping acts as a purchasing agent and places the order with our store on your behalf.
Orders cannot generally be cancelled, changed or returned after they have been placed. Please review the product details, size, colour, quantity and other information carefully before completing your order.

CHIPS GENERAL STORE can only respond directly to inquiries written in Japanese.

CHIPS GENERAL STOREでは、海外在住のお客様にも商品をご購入いただけるよう、 購入代行・海外配送サービス「WorldShopping」を利用しています。
- STEP 01 海外からアクセス 海外からCHIPS GENERAL STOREへアクセスしてください。
- STEP 02 専用カートが表示 WorldShoppingのバナーと専用カートが自動的に表示されます。
- STEP 03 商品をカートへ追加 バナー内の「カートに入れる」をクリックして購入手続きへ進みます。
購入可能な商品について
WorldShoppingカートには、お住まいの国や地域へ発送可能な商品のみが表示されます。
手数料について
WorldShoppingでは、商品代金と日本国内送料を合わせた 「商品代金合計」に対して、10％のサービス料がかかります。
商品代金合計 ＝ 商品代金 ＋ 日本国内送料商品がWorldShoppingの倉庫へ到着した後、国際送料、発送手数料、 その他必要な費用を含む2回目のお支払い案内がWorldShoppingから届きます。
決済と配送について
WorldShoppingがお客様に代わって当店の商品を購入し、 海外のお届け先まで発送します。
決済、海外配送、それらに関するサポートはWorldShoppingが対応します。
キャンセル・変更・返品について
WorldShoppingは、お客様に代わって当店の商品を購入する 購入代行サービスです。
原則として、ご注文後のキャンセル、内容変更、返品はできません。 商品の仕様、サイズ、色、数量などを十分にご確認のうえ、 ご注文ください。
